NEW SUPPORT TICKET
For the quickest response, customers are asked to raise a support ticket through this Helpdesk. This can be done by clicking on the "+ New support ticket" link towards the top right of this page, and completing and submitting the presented form.
Customers will receive an email confirmation when their support ticket has been received. A member of our Customer Care Team will reply, usually by email, within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), but usually much sooner.
During office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (GMT)) customers can 'live chat' with a member of our Customer Care Team via the live chat facility on our websites (both our Schoolbooks.ie website and this Support Helpdesk site). Live chat is accessed via an orange pop-up icon at the bottom right of your screen.
