is committed to processing your order, and delivering it to you, as quickly as possible - in line with the delivery option you chose when placing your order.  This can range from 1 to 5 business days.

Once your order has been picked & packed by our warehouse, a tracking number shall be assigned to it.  This shall be emailed to you at the email address you used when placing your order, with a link that shall allow you to track your parcel directly via our delivery partners' (DPD or An Post) website.

The status of your order, along with its tracking number, can also be found by logging into your Customer Account and selecting the order from your list of previous orders.

During extremely busy periods (August and early September for; and Black Friday and Christmas for our delivery partners), processing and delivery times may be at the upper end of the delivery timeframe (up to 5 business days).
