If you need to amend or add items to your existing order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched or processed too far in the fulfillment stage, we will attempt to make the necessary changes.
To add or switch items in your order, send us an email with your order details and the changes you wish to make. We will contact our warehouse to see if the amendment can be accommodated and confirm back to you. If there are any differences in the price due to the changes, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance which can be paid over the phone if not available online.
Please note, adjustments to orders are subject to stock availability and the order's current status in our fulfillment process. It's crucial to request any order modifications as quickly as possible to increase the likelihood that we can accommodate your request.
